Warm, Not Boiling
Gently heat your bone broth until steaming but not boiling. High heat can degrade some of the delicate proteins and nutrients. A slow, gentle warm is all you need. For microwave use medium heat one minute or less depending on your microwave.
Drink It Like Tea
Pour into your favourite mug and sip slowly. Bone broth is meant to be savoured — not rushed. Take your time, breathe, and let the warmth settle in.
Season to Taste
A pinch of sea salt, a squeeze of lemon, or a crack of black pepper can elevate the flavour beautifully. Keep it simple or get creative — the broth is your canvas.
Or Use It to Cook
Bone broth works wonderfully as a base for soups, risottos, sauces, or grains. Replace water with broth wherever possible for a natural depth of flavour.
