The Broth Bar was born in 2025 out of love for healing through food. We are Vidhie & Nati, two friends in Marbella who swapped hangovers for health.
Our brand blends ancient wellness tradition with modern living offering handcrafted bone broths and more. Healthy food can also be delicious.

Before we ever met, we had the same ritual.
We were each making bone broth at home — independently, quietly, for no one but ourselves. Not as an experiment. As a habit born from a genuine belief that this ancient practice could restore what modern life takes away. When we found each other in Marbella, the coincidence was impossible to ignore.
The same instinct, the same obsession, the same pot on the stove. Two friends who had quietly swapped hangovers for health — and never looked back. We had both studied cooking, which meant we understood not just the ritual but the craft behind it — why the temperature matters, why the time cannot be shortened, why the quality of every ingredient shows up in the final cup.
